Writing entered my life quietly during my college years—without any intention of becoming a poet or author. It was simply a way to speak to myself, to empty emotions onto paper, and to return to those words later for calm and clarity. Over time, I realised how deeply fulfilling it felt to share these thoughts with others. The audience was always small, always niche—but beautifully genuine. These were people who felt deeply, who understood the quiet tremors of emotions that many overlook. Not everyone relates to such inner worlds, but the few who did connected instantly, as if our voices recognised one another. Gradually, I began to see that I was not alone in these unspoken feelings; there were many who carried the same tenderness, the same silence, the same ache and wonder. Reaching them became meaningful, and writing slowly transformed from a private refuge into a bridge of connection. This book was born from that very desire—to create a space where such hearts could meet, where words could hold hands across distances, and where we could all feel a little less alone in what we carry within.
